Nice sound and design. You must get a block to fall in to a square hole, for 33 stages. You can’t fall from the edges and you will have to use switches on your way. Each level contains a level code for a future quick access.

At this moment there are 4 releases: Boxhead: a Halloween Special, Boxhead: The Rooms, Boxhead: More Rooms, Boxhead: 2Play Rooms. In Boxhead: a Halloween Special you have to evacuate civilians, avoinding zombies. Boxhead: The Rooms, bring us lots of rooms to play just trying to survive zombies. We can see also new weapons or upgrades. Boxhead: More Rooms, adds new rooms, new weapons and upgrades, a lifemeter, multiple difficulty levels and the devil zombie (this one can shoot). Finally Boxhead: 2Play Rooms, released last May, allow a two player action (Cooperative or Deathmatch mode) and again new rooms.

If you really like online games then you must visit (and became part of) Kongregate. As they tell us Kongregate “seeks to create the leading online hub for players and game developers to meet up, play games, and operate together as a community”.
Kongregate is a relatively new project (1 year) but it will certainly be the leading community in the world of online games.
Here is a game i played, back in the 80’s with the Spectrum 128+2A,… i still have those old tapes
This online version, by schillmania is an attempt to recreate the classic Arkanoid, based on “Arkanoid: Revenge Of Doh“. This (work in progress) version is made in Object-Oriented Javascript/DHTML. You can also edit your own levels or play other users generated levels.
Arkanoid is a Breakout style game, you have control the game paddle to prevent a ball from falling from the playing field. There several types of bricks and you must destroy all the to pass to the next level. Some bricks will give you powerups when destroyed.
Controls: Use the mouse to control the paddle. Use Space to pause/resume the game.
Blockz! is a Wellgames production. We all know Tetris, the famous classic game. This time you can play Tetris with an opponent!
To play you just have to insert your name, choose the type of game (classic or extension) and the type of grid (square, triangles or hexagons). Each level has a certain amount of lines to be completed. You just have to be the first to complete these lines and you will pass the level with a bonus score.
Controls: Use the cursor keys to move to the left or right, the up key to rotate and the down key for a slow drop. Use space for fast drops.

Another cool shoting game. The stickpage, with their usual graphics style present wpnFire with “no real objectives other than to use explosives, automatic weapons, and whatever else it takes to kill anything that gets in your way”. A simple but very complete game.
Controls: use the mouse to shoot, use W, A, S, D as a walking cursor, Q and E to change weapon, space to kick, R to detonate mines. You can press P during the game to see all available controls and even change the quality, resolution and music.
The game has six different adventure modes: survival, zombie survival, knight survival, destruction, sudden death destruction and nade dodger. Each mode have their variants to test your survival, defense and evasive skills. The authors prepared a usefull strategy guide, where you can see all the weapons available in the game, the enemies description, the powerups and some cool cheats
You really have to play this game!
Final Fortress is a You da Games production. It’s a Fast thrilling action shooter. You start with a canon to defend your city but you can upgrade your power building new units. Each level allows you to receive money for these upgrades and the needed reparations. With Final Fortress you won’t be able to stop shooting.
Controls: use the mouse to aim and the left buttom to shoot (you can hold down the left buttom to prolong you mouse life), you can also use some shortcuts with your keyboard: space to repair or sell individual units, R to repair all units, B to build units.
Play the demo version with two phases each with 5 levels.
