Arkanoid: Revenge Of DOH

Here is a game i played, back in the 80’s with the Spectrum 128+2A,… i still have those old tapes :)

This online version, by schillmania is an attempt to recreate the classic Arkanoid, based on “Arkanoid: Revenge Of Doh“. This (work in progress) version is made in Object-Oriented Javascript/DHTML. You can also edit your own levels or play other users generated levels.

Arkanoid is a Breakout style game, you have control the game paddle to prevent a ball from falling from the playing field. There several types of bricks and you must destroy all the to pass to the next level. Some bricks will give you powerups when destroyed.

Controls: Use the mouse to control the paddle. Use Space to pause/resume the game.

  3. super game really takes me back to my days hangin round the slots is there anywhere on the web where the first edition can be played just plain old arkanoid
